Shooting on the streets of Mumbai!

Can we go more global?!
We met these guys from South Africa in India,Mumbai.
They were the people that did the hair&make-up during our shoots....but, then we discovered that Charl was also a very talented photographer!
Soooo...we had to do it; a shoot on the streets of Mumbai....!!
What an amazing experience!

getting ready....!

...preparing it all by hand...the dying, the printing, the stitching and even all the embroideries!! It seems impossible, but we found a place where they still have the knowledge to do it!
Working 'on the spot' to get our *DIED* collection ready to be presented!

Behind the scenes...jewelry!

Here we are..at the artisan to design and make our *DIED* jewelry collection.
All pieces handmade by the artisan himself in his small atelier...
with us sitting there to follow the whole process.
Amazing how these pieces are made..!
Please feel part of it, and enjoy the making of *DIED* jewelry!

Paint Me!!!!

We love to hand-paint! Here you see how we painted our model with the collection symbols. To make the story come back also on the pictures. And to give it a bit of a twist. We loved it!

All done by our fantastic hair and make up team! Thanks guys!

Holga pics from Brazil..!

..some from Rio, some from other magic places
like Jericoacoara and Trancoso in Brazil.
They have 2 thing in common; they're shot with the Holga
and they 'survived' all airport X-ray checks!
